  • Go to your BIM 360 Account Admin
  • Select Apps
  • Find "BIM360 ChatBot" and add it to your BIM 360 account
  • Open Telegram ChatBot using the link  https://t.me/Bim360bot
  • Type "Create Issue"
  • Enter your BIM360 account email to the Telegram Bot (This is one time step)
  • Complete the sign-in process, and sign in
  • Return to Telegram and type "yes"
  • Follow the steps to create issue
